You can go your whole life feeling inferior. Until that one day comes. The day you realize you are an achiever. You can do more than you thought. And you can accomplish tasks you didn't think you had. In my 22 years of life i have had one job. Jack in the box and although i despised it I worked myself to the top rather quickly. Upgrading from order taker to cook to assistant manager in less than 5 years. Now here i am working at staples upgrading from sales associate to tech supervisor. And let me tell you tech was so far off my radar you couldn't even see it.
I thought my next step was copy and print. I thought i was going to be a sales associate for well over 6 month's. Until today. The current tech supervisor quit and immediately after, not even 15 minutes, my gm offered me his position. Higher pay, more hours, and more responsibility. To think the people that trained me will now take orders from me.
Life has a funny way of working itself out. Its a mystery. One minute you think you're stuck at a dead end job where no one gives you credit and the next you're at a job that you don't have to fake a smile for being promoted.
Mr. And Mrs. Wells, jiffy stop floor manager and staples tech supervisor. Life is coming together. Next stop van life. ❤
